Fireworks in Brushy Bend Park

Dear Residents,

Please note that fireworks may be restricted at your address under State law, as well as local city and Williamson County regulations.  While our neighborhood is outside city limits, the majority of properties are within a 5,000-foot radius of an incorporated city.  which means that we live in an area where fireworks are regulated.

Nearly all of Brushy Bend Park is within the County’s 5000-ft ordinance restricted fireworks area where fireworks are banned.  There are a few properties in the neighborhood that are an exception, namely those properties on Knollwood Circle and a few others.

Williamson County has provided a map for property owners to determine whether they are in a restricted fireworks area.  The BBP Board strongly urges you to check the County map.    If restrictions apply to your address, we kindly ask you to refrain from using fireworks.

For your convenience, here is the link to the County Map.

While the County has not been under a burn ban since April, conditions have been dry recently.  Regardless of where you enjoy fireworks this holiday, please be mindful to ensure the safety of those around you.

Happy 250th!
